Hello my name is Rachel Wilson and I am based in Woking, Surrey. I have been teaching in the fitness industry for 22 years.

I started off my fitness interest as a gymnast competing at national level. Not being able to keep still ever since, I joined the Fitness industry as a career in 1992. I have spent many years working at various venues throughout Surrey, as well as individual tailored personal training, work from home or at client’s houses.

I love my job and have the added pleasure of meeting great people along the way. Keeping fit is all about having fun and adapting exercise to suit people’s own personal requirements. For me, health and fitness is not just an occupation, it’s a way of life. Helping people to adopt a healthy lifestyle, grow in confidence and achieve their goals is the most rewarding thing I have ever done. My mission is to help people make permanent lifestyle changes that will enable them reach their own personal goals and encourage them to stay fit forever.
